What we store

Signing in creates a private account containing your Discord ID and display name. If you link VRChat, we store the chosen VRChat user ID, current display name, confirmation time, and your public-listing choice. We also store the supporter tier determined by your Discord server roles and the last successful check time.

Discord registration invitations

We track membership eligibility and invitation delivery for members of the connected Discord server, including members who have not signed into the website. Eligible members may receive a registration DM. Registering through the bot creates the same private account as website sign-in. We process the profile information submitted through our forms, not ordinary DM conversations. Blocked or unanswered invitations do not prevent website registration. Short-lived profile search results expire after five minutes, and unconfirmed selections expire after ten minutes.

How it is used

This connects your website registration to supporter benefits. Discord provides your identity through its sign-in page; we do not ask for your Discord password or email, and sign-in does not grant access to your messages. Discord roles can come from Patreon or be assigned manually. We do not collect Patreon billing data through this integration.

Cookies and service providers

We use essential, HTTP-only cookies for sign-in and a session lasting up to 30 days. Cloudflare hosts the website and private database. Discord handles sign-in and role checks. VRChat receives profile lookup requests. We do not include advertising or analytics trackers. Short-lived hashed request identifiers help limit abuse; operational sync records are retained for seven days.

The future public world list

Public publishing is currently disabled. Once enabled, the VRChat display name, supporter tier, and permission keys you consent to share may be published through GitHub Pages for the world to read. Your Discord ID and private account linkage will not be included. GitHub history and downloaded copies can retain older entries after the current list changes.

Changing your registration

You can change or unlink your VRChat profile in the dashboard and sign out to end this browser’s session. Unlinking clears the stored VRChat assignment and public-listing consent. Contact Illusimu through the community Discord for account deletion or questions about stored data.
